Basic Physical fitness.
Course outcome
At the ed of the course students will be familiar with the basic moves (both blocking and thrust ) . Besides developing their physical strength it will instill in them the confidence to confront any adverse physical situation. The basic skill set eveloped during the course will enable them to enroll in more advance courses f self defence using karate. Besides the safety aspect ,the self confidence developed will hold them in good stead in their professional life as well.
