Norms of Admission to M.Sc. Courses

M.Sc. Courses in Microbiology, Electronic Science, Chemistry, Physics & Computer Science

Process of online admission to M.Sc. Course in Microbiology, Electronic Science, Chemistry, Physics & Computer Sciencestart on June/July in every year.

The applications are to be submitted through online and no printed form will be available. Application fees may be remitted in any branch of Axis Bank or paid online by internet banking or debit / credit card bank transfer and NEFT.

Eligibility :

Microbiology : B.Sc. (Hons) with Microbiology
Electronic Science : B.Sc. (Hons) with Electronics or Physics
Chemistry : B.Sc. (Hons) with Chemistry
Physics : B.Sc. (Hons) with Physics
Computer Science : B.Sc. (Hons) with Computer Science

Merit list would be prepared strictly on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in the respective Honours subject in the last qualifying examination.

Reservation of seats :

Reservation for SC/ST / OBC-A / OBC-B and physically challenged candidates as per Govt. rule and University guideline.

Procedure :

  1. Attested copies of SC/ST/OBC certificate should be furnished issued by appropriate authority as per the latest Government Order . Physically Challenged Candidates must attach attested copies of relevant documents from the competent authority.
  2. Students seeking admission to P. G. courses should take note of the following :
    • The last date for the submission of the admission form should be rightly maintained.
    • Merit list will be published on time and this will be followed by counselling by different departments. Time and day will be duly notified. The date of counselling should be strictly maintained. The students who pass the counselling must take their admission on the very day of counselling.
    • In respect of admission the college authority reserves the right to make final decision without being answerable to any outside person, agency etc.
    • On the date of admission all documents should be produced.
    • All admissions are provisional.
  3. 3. No candidates would be allowed for admission after a lapse of more than 2 years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination or discontinuation of recognized regular course of study after passing the last qualifying examination, the year of admission will not be taken into account while calculating 2 years of passing the last qualifying examination.
